Department of English Language and Literature at University College Bedër, organized a classroom management training on "Building a Positive Culture in Classroom"
Invited to this seminar were Professors Meyers and Griffiths, currently preschool and elementary school teachers at the International School "MIST".
During the training, the professors explained the importance of creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the classroom, in order to facilitate an effective learning process.
Particular importance was given to demonstrating the teaching practices that help teachers set discipline and routine during the learning process, student motivation, and the promotion of creativity in them.
Of interest were internship activities that the professors developed during the training with the students of the Department of English Language and Literature, in order to put into practice the presented knowledge.
