Description American Studies course serves to introduce students to the main phenomena of life and American culture as well as the impact on today`s globolized world. Assignment: Students will make presentation on one of the states in the USA.
Objectives To equip students with knowledge about the composition of the nation, American values and beliefs, regionalism against Americanization, the economy of the United States, urbanization of America, the legal system, minorities, political system, education, America's global role, religious beliefs, arts , sports, media, etc.
